Friday 8/31/9 Entry forms and blank roster e-mailed to PAR’s
Thursday, 10/1/09- Meeting: 6:30pm @ Xaverian HS
Entry forms to be submitted to BCBA with available gym time for games through December.
Teams placed into A & B divisions
Thursday, 10/1/09- BCBA Entire Fee due.

Entry Fee
Any parish submitting
teams after this deadline should have to pay an additional $200 to enter their
team and that fee must be paid before games will be added to schedule.

Thursday 10/22 5PM signed rosters & birth Certificates dropped off at Xaverian

Weekend of 11/07 -11/08- Regular season begins ROSTERS MUST BE IN BEFORE 1ST

Fri, 12/5- Available gym time for second half of season is due
Monday 1/4/10- 2nd ˝ of schedule on website
Wednesday 1/21/10 All-Star Playoff meeting

BCBA AWARDS DINNER
Monday 2/16/10 ALL-Star Game
Weekend of 2/28 & 3/1- Regular season ends
Sunday -Tuesday 3/1-3/3 make up games must be completed
Wednesday, 3/3 5pm Finalization of standings and submission of available gym
time for playoffs. Distribution of playoff schedules
Weekends of 3/7& 3/8- Playoffs
Weekend of 3/14 & 3/15- Championship Games
