THE JEFF O'BRIEN SCHOLARSHIP
The JEFF O'BRIEN SCHOLARSHIP was started in April 1997. The Parish Athletic Representatives from each parish that play basketball in BCBA wanted to bestow this honor on the league Coordinator in recognition of his outstanding leadership and for his many years of dedication to BCBA in its mission to serve the youth of their community. The JEFF O'BRIEN SCHOLARSHIP is presented to youth representing the ideals of

Christian Values * Sportsmanship * Community Mindedness
Each year THE JEFF O'BRIEN SCHOLARSHIP is awarded to a young man and woman from the parishes that play in BCBA to attend Xaverian High School and Fontbonne Hall Academy.
